Marc Abramowitz 62d418cfda Add -table option for tabular output 
This adds a `-table` option that uses a tabular output format that looks
similar to the output of `docker images`.

    $ docker-ls repositories -table -level 0 -progress-indicator=false
    REPOSITORY
    acme/webhook
    admintools/admintools-nodejs-asset-build
    cx

    $ docker-ls repositories -table -level 1 -progress-indicator=false
    REPOSITORY                                        TAG
    acme/webhook                                      latest
    admintools/admintools-nodejs-asset-build          latest
    cx                                                develop
