Daniel Nephin 980d05f2ea Cleanup client/ interface ...

- Remove ParseLogDetails, this is not part of the client. Moved to docker/cli
- Deprecate ParseHost and replace with ParseHostURL
- Deprecate redundant IsErr helpers
