Tobias Klauser 62a7e56d34 [pkg/term] use IoctlGetTermios/IoctlSetTermios from x/sys/unix ...

Use IoctlGetTermios/IoctlSetTermios from golang.org/x/sys/unix instead
of manually reimplementing them.
