Sebastiaan van Stijn 48add9c908 docs: fix bullet list and missing label filter ...

Some bullet lists didn't render as bullet-lists because
of a missing newline.

Also added missing "label" filter for `docker ps` and
slightly re-worded the header above the supported filters.
