Create a new image from a container's changes

  -m="": Commit message
  -author="": Author (eg. "John Hannibal Smith <hannibal@a-team.com>"
  -run="": Config automatically applied when the image is run. "+`(ex: {"Cmd": ["cat", "/world"], "PortSpecs": ["22"]}')
