David Sheets	ce42bb22a3	Add 'consistent', 'cached', and 'delegated' mode flags ... This adds 'consistency' mode flags to the mount command line argument. Initially, the valid 'consistency' flags are 'consistent', 'cached', 'delegated', and 'default'.
