Paul Holzinger 678b6d187a link org wide SUPPORT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md and SECURITY.md

Link our new SUPPORT.md file. Link the org wide CONTRIBUTING.md file
which should basically have all the information here and more.
And lastly fix the SECURITY.md link.
