drh 8578611b95 Fix the NEAR connector in FTS3 so that it can take ranges in excess of 9.

This folder contains source code to the second full-text search
extension for SQLite.  While the API is the same, this version uses a
substantially different storage schema from fts1, so tables will need
to be rebuilt.
