drh 92e9fa6fe8 Ensure that the sqlite3_index_info.idxStr string coming back from FTS5

is always zero-terminated, even if the xBestIndex call fails with an
SQLITE_CONSTRAINT error.

Loadable Extensions

Various loadable extensions for SQLite are found in subfolders.

Most subfolders are dedicated to a single loadable extension (for example FTS5, or RTREE). But the misc/ subfolder contains a collection of smaller single-file extensions.
