c692df2784 Make it so that any Parse object is always linked into the database conenction 
while it is active.  Hence, an OOM will cause Parse.nErr to be set.

50fb7e09b4 Omit the OP_FilterInit opcode. Use OP_Blob to initialize each Bloom filter 
instead.  Size the Bloom filter based on sqlite_stat1 size estimates rather
than a run-time measurement for improved testability.

c2df4d6adb Recognize certain standard datatypes ("INT", "INTEGER", "REAL", "TEXT", and 
"BLOB") and if a column has one of those datatypes, store the type part of
the bit-field information in the Column structure to save space.

175b8f06f7 Remove support for STAT3. The sqlite_stat3 tables are ignored, if they 
exist.  STAT4 continues to work as it always has, and as it is a superset of
STAT3 is the recommended replacement.

9a2782293c When casting string values into numeric and the string has a prefix that looks 
like a number but total string is not a well-formed number, then take extra
care that the result is either integer or real depending on what the prefix

4eb57ceffc Improve text-to-integer conversion in boundary cases. The 
sqlite3Atoi64() function always returns the minimum or maximum integer
if the magnitude of the text value is too large.  Trailing whitespace is
now ignored.
