Remote the SQLITE_OMIT_GLOBALRECOVER macro - it is subsumed by
SQLITE_OMIT_DEPRECATED. Add support to sqlite3_compileoption_used()
for SQLITE_OMIT_WAL.

Wrap all automatic index changes inside SQLITE_OMIT_AUTOMATIC_INDEX. Add
