975f2062da Add the SQLITE_CHANGESETAPPLY_IGNORENOOP flag, which may be passed to sqlite3changeset_apply_v2() to have it ignore changes that would be no-ops if applied to the database (e.g. deleting a row that has already been deleted), instead of considering them conflicts.

e1dcb44307 Prevent the sessions rebaser from generating changesets containing UPDATE records for which non-PK fields are present in the old.* but not the new.* record. Also update the changeset iterator to work around such changesets.

11a9ad5669 Fix harmless static analyzer warnings in sessions, rtree, fts3 and fts5. 
Add the -DSQLITE_OMIT_AUXILIARY_SAFETY_CHECKS compile-time option to cause
ALWAYS() and NEVER() macros to be omitted from the build.

1e25d20cca Update sqlite3changeset_apply_v2() so that it handles no-op UPDATE changes (UPDATE changes that modify no columns). This fixes a regression introduced by [e4ccfac09b]. Also modify sqlite3rebaser_rebase() so that it does not output changesets containing such UPDATEs.

46de072880 Add the sqlite3changeset_start_v2() - a new version of _start() that accepts a flags parameter - and a streaming equivalent to the sessions module. Also add the SQLITE_CHANGESETSTART_INVERT flag, used with start_v2() to invert a changeset while iterating through it.
