11e6caf066 Fix a test case in rbuvacuum.test that was assuming SQLite ignored trailing SQL stored in a db schema. As of [e21c5bc59a] this is not true.

fd779e2fa1 Avoid using LIKE with the target db in RBU. It is possible the user may issue "PRAGMA case_sensitive_like = 1" or override the like() user function, causing RBU to malfunction.

a959bf5311 Add NULL checks on all sqlite3_vfs_find(0) calls. This is not strictly 
necessary.  There are no vulnerabilities here.  However, adding these
checks avoids unnecessary static analyzer complaints.
