49edbe2150 Detect an OOM condition in the realpath() function of the fileio.c extension 
and cause that function to return NULL.  To Do:  we should go back in and
fix realpath() to raise an SQLITE_NOMEM error on OOM rather than returning
NULL.  But we will delay that, in as much as OOMs are all but impossible
on modern OSes.

63984b6ab7 Fix the fileio extension for Windows builds so that it does not depend on 
the sqlite3_win32_utf8_to_unicode() and sqlite3_win32_unicode_to_utf()
routines that are found in the SQLite core.

11a088b7eb When extracting links from sqlar archives, clobber any existing file or link, and do not call utimes() to set the timestamp - it looks through the link and operates on the target.

32dcc847b5 Enhance the xBestIndex interface of virtual table so that if the xBestIndex

84c501bac1 Initial code to make shadow tables read-only to ordinary SQL. The now 
xShadowName method is added to the sqlite3_module object and is used
to identify potential shadow tables.  The SQLITE_PREPARE_SHADOW argument
to sqlite3_prepare_v3() is defined.  It is designed to permit writing to
shadow tables, but is currently an unused placeholder.
