97e9560e21 Do not allow two or more sandbox() calls with the same nonce within the 
same SQL statement.  Report a sandbox violation if a sandbox() contains
the wrong number of arguments.

a87eb97e08 Initial implementation of the experimental sandbox(N1,E,N2) function. 
The function resolves (by transforming the AST) to the expression E if
N1 and N2 are the same constant expression.  Requires the
-DSQLITE_ENABLE_SANDBOX_FUNCTION compile-time option.
