7fee360d09 Make sure the 'unixepoch' converter in the date and time functions rounds
to the nearest millisecond rather than truncating downward to the next

fbd60f826d Changes to completely remove all floating point ops if SQLITE_OMIT_FLOATING_POINT defined. Note that w/o fp, date/time, round, nan, etc. are all gone or limited in functionality. Updated some of the test scripts to support missing fp and 64-bit functionality. Ticket #3029. (CVS 6250)

ea6788322e Never use strlen(). Use our own internal sqlite3Strlen30() which is
guaranteed to never overflow an integer.  Additional explicit casts to
avoid nuisance warning messages. (CVS 6007)

633e6d57d9 Implement the "lookaside" memory allocation cache. Use of this cache makes
the speed1.test script run about 15% faster.  Added new interfaces to

e5ae5735c0 Continuing work on the new memory allocation subsystem.
Added routines for temporary memory allocation.  Right the btree
balance mechanism to only do one temporary allocation at a time. (CVS 5220)

85f477a141 Convert the date/time functions to work with milliseconds since the
julian epoch internally (instead of days since the epoch) in order to avoid
problems with floating-point roundoff error.  The interface is unchanged. (CVS 5215)

66147c9715 Add the ability to disable the "localtime" modifier in the date/time
functions.  This might be necessary for systems that do not support
localtime_r() or localtime_s(). (CVS 5212)

bb4957f858 Initial implementation of per-connection limits and the sqlite3_limit() API.
The sqllimits1.test script crashes.  SQLITE_LIMIT_PAGE_COUNT and
SQLITE_LIMIT_VDBE_OP are currently ignored. (CVS 4897)

b21c8cd4f6 The sqlite3_value object now carries an sqlite3* pointer to use for
recording malloc failures.  This eliminates the need to pass sqlite3*
pointers into many internal interfaces.  Also added more mutexing. (CVS 4263)

5bb3eb9b9a Eliminate all uses of sprintf() and strcpy(). These were not being
misused.  But getting rid of them removes a library dependency.  And
it avoids warnings from the OpenBSD compiler.  Ticket #2336. (CVS 3916)
