f19a90c569 Improvements to the display of DDL SQL statements in the CLI and in 
the sqldiff command-line tool in order to close comments and similar
in the case of a corrupt schema, and avoid possible SQL injection

9073f828a3 Cygwin portability fixes contributed by Jan Nijtmans, including the un-exporting of some non-public-APIs which need to be reviewed closely. One test (delete_db.test) is failing but that specific failure has been a recurring theme in this environment.

67cfb59334 Fix the sha1() extension function so that it interprets zero-length 
BLOBs as BLOBs and not as NULL.  Also add a few test cases for that
extension function, which was previously completely untested.

bfad7140ac Fix the parse_create_index() SQL function created by the incremental 
integrity_check extension so that it works for widely correct CREATE INDEX
statements.

Also fix the extension so that it removes the parse_create_index() function.
Add the sqlite3_intck_register() API function so that the
parse_create_index() function can be more easily tested.

5266818aed In the CLI, if a command-line argument names a file and the filename ends 
with .sql or .txt, then process that file as an SQL script.  Use this
feature for better testing.

a9136b45fa Continuing code cleanup. Various minor bug fixes. All legacy tests now 
pass.  All planned features for ".mode" are implemented, at least at the
interface level, though some features are still no-ops.

ed72bb3fa3 Add a new direct CLI testing script in test/modeA.clitest to demonstration 
that can be done.  Rig this this to be run by test/shellB.test during normal
testing.
