1c30df3598 The WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY ...) syntax is now a compile-time option: 
SQLITE_ENABLE_ORDERED_SET_FUNCS.  There is no increment in the code size
if the option is omitted.

8d889afc0d Enable the sqlite3_serialize() and sqlite3_deserialize() interfaces by 
default.  Omit the SQLITE_ENABLE_DESERIALIZE option and replace it with
the SQLITE_OMIT_DESERIALIZE option.

175b8f06f7 Remove support for STAT3. The sqlite_stat3 tables are ignored, if they 
exist.  STAT4 continues to work as it always has, and as it is a superset of
STAT3 is the recommended replacement.

253c6ee1bf Enhance tester.tcl so that when "--malloctrace=1" is specified, the test 
generates self-contained Tcl scripts that present GUIs instead of *.sql files
that require a separate program to interpret.

9c6396ecc7 Improved documentation for sqlite3_serialize() and sqlite3_deserialize().

092457b18c Change the function name to sqlite_unsupported_offset(X). Only enable the 
function if compiled with -DSQLITE_ENABLE_OFFSET_SQL_FUNC.  The makefiles add
that definition to shell builds.

21540ae479 Add compile time switch SQLITE_ENABLE_ICU_COLLATIONS. For enabling ICU 
collations without also enabling the tokenizer, the LIKE operator, the

d83f7ca114 Add support for the SQLITE_SQLLOG_CONDITIONAL environment variable to the logging code in test_sqllog.c. When defined, logging is only performed if the "<database>-sqllog" file is present in the file system when the main database is opened.
