611ffbc981 In the ieee754 extension, render -0.0 as 'ieee754(-1,-3071)' instead of 
'ieee754(1,-3071)' as that makes the sign clearer.  Both strings still
convert back to -0.0.  Note that negative zero
and positive zero are distinct values in ieee754.

85c4754697 Add the ieee754_to_blob() and ieee754_from_blob() functions. Fix the handling 
of subnormal forms in the two-argument version of ieee754().

bdfa1b94e9 Fix the ieee754.test module so that it works both on systems that report 
infinity as "inf" and as "Inf".
