Summary: Pull Request resolved: https://github.com/facebook/rocksdb/pull/15241 Native `TableFactory` implementations receive the RocksDB `WritableFileWriter` in `NewTableBuilder()` and `RandomAccessFileReader` in `NewTableReader()`. These wrappers provide buffering, checksums, rate limiting, statistics, listeners, tracing, and direct-I/O handling. External table implementations previously received a limited writable-file adapter and reopened readers from a path, bypassing parts of this wrapper logic. This change makes `WritableFileWriter` and `RandomAccessFileReader` implement `FSWritableFile` and `FSRandomAccessFile`, respectively, so the same RocksDB wrappers can be passed to external tables. `ExternalTableFactory::NewTableReader()` now receives the already-opened reader and file size. The filesystem interfaces expose standard append, flush, sync, fsync, file metadata, synchronous reads, asynchronous reads, and batched reads. `RandomAccessFileReader::SubmitReadAsync()` schedules its wrapped coroutine read on the configured filesystem read executor, and the DB table-cache and `SstFileReader` construction paths pass that filesystem through. `SstFileReader` also supplies its configured statistics, listeners, rate limiter, and file temperature, removing the need for a separate external-table metrics filesystem wrapper. For direct I/O, `MultiRead()` checks whether requests are already sorted. When alignment and merging are needed, it constructs a sorted index only for unsorted input, preserving caller request order and result mapping. Fully aligned requests using aligned caller buffers bypass this path and may be supplied in any order.
