1. Functions supported:

    pgstattuple() returns the relation length, percentage of the "dead"

4. Notes

    pgstattuple acquires only a read lock on the relation. So concurrent
 |

    update may affect the result.

    pgstattuple judges a tuple is "dead" if HeapTupleSatisfiesNow()

    returns false.
