Peter Eisentraut f292187f37 Fix indirect include ...

Commit 0ee83dd4a9 added a call of assign_record_type_typmod() in
postgres_fdw.c, but relied on utils/typcache.h being included via
nodes/execnodes.h.  That was put there as part of the FOR PORTION OF
feature, and if that were to change, there would be a possible
unrelated compilation failure.  To fix, add the required include
directly.
