destroys an existing Postgres user and the databases for which that user

is database administrator. Only users with \*(lqusesuper\*(rq set in

the \*(lqpg_user\*(rq class can destroy new Postgres users. As shipped,

the user \*(lqpostgres\*(rq can destroy users.
