Heikki Linnakangas f9ecb57a50 Clean up WaitLatch calls that passed latch without WL_LATCH_SET ...

The 'latch' argument is ignored if WL_LATCH_SET is not given. Clarify
these calls by not pointlessly passing MyLatch.
