John Naylor 11b33bd3c1 Remove stale comment ...

Commit 732e6677a added a member to TimeoutType, invalidating the
comment on EnableTimeoutParams.type. Rather than documenting the list,
as is done for vars that should only take a subset of enum values,
just remove the comment.
