1fa092913d Don't export basebackup.c's sendTablespace().
Commit 72d422a522 made xlog.c call
sendTablespace() with the 'sizeonly' argument set to true, which
required basebackup.c to export sendTablespace(). However, that's
kind of ugly, so instead defer the call to sendTablespace() until
basebackup.c regains control. That way, it can still be a static
function.

Patch by me, reviewed by Amit Kapila and Kyotaro Horiguchi.

ab7646ff92 Also rename 'struct manifest_info'.
The previous commit renamed the struct's typedef, but not the struct
name itself.

2117c3cb3d Fix duplicate typedef from commit 0d8c9c121.
Older gcc versions don't like duplicate typedefs, so get rid of
that in favor of doing it like we do it elsewhere, ie just use
a "struct" declaration when trying to avoid importing a whole
header file.

Also, there seems no reason to include stringinfo.h here at all,
so get rid of that addition too.

0d8c9c1210 Generate backup manifests for base backups, and validate them.
A manifest is a JSON document which includes (1) the file name, size,
last modification time, and an optional checksum for each file backed
up, (2) timelines and LSNs for whatever WAL will need to be replayed
to make the backup consistent, and (3) a checksum for the manifest
itself. By default, we use CRC-32C when checksumming data files,
because we are trying to detect corruption and user error, not foil an
adversary. However, pg_basebackup and the server-side BASE_BACKUP
command now have options to select a different algorithm, so users
wanting a cryptographic hash function can select SHA-224, SHA-256,
SHA-384, or SHA-512. Users not wanting file checksums at all can
disable them, or disable generating of the backup manifest altogether.
Using a cryptographic hash function in place of CRC-32C consumes
significantly more CPU cycles, which may slow down backups in some
cases.

A new tool called pg_validatebackup can validate a backup against the
manifest. If no checksums are present, it can still check that the
right files exist and that they have the expected sizes. If checksums
are present, it can also verify that each file has the expected
checksum. Additionally, it calls pg_waldump to verify that the
expected WAL files are present and parseable. Only plain format
backups can be validated directly, but tar format backups can be
validated after extracting them.

c7b8998ebb Phase 2 of pgindent updates.
Change pg_bsd_indent to follow upstream rules for placement of comments
to the right of code, and remove pgindent hack that caused comments
following #endif to not obey the general rule.

Commit e3860ffa4d wasn't actually using
the published version of pg_bsd_indent, but a hacked-up version that
tried to minimize the amount of movement of comments to the right of
code. The situation of interest is where such a comment has to be
moved to the right of its default placement at column 33 because there's
code there. BSD indent has always moved right in units of tab stops
in such cases --- but in the previous incarnation, indent was working
in 8-space tab stops, while now it knows we use 4-space tabs. So the
net result is that in about half the cases, such comments are placed
one tab stop left of before. This is better all around: it leaves
more room on the line for comment text, and it means that in such
cases the comment uniformly starts at the next 4-space tab stop after
the code, rather than sometimes one and sometimes two tabs after.

Also, ensure that comments following #endif are indented the same
as comments following other preprocessor commands such as #else.
That inconsistency turns out to have been self-inflicted damage
from a poorly-thought-through post-indent "fixup" in pgindent.

This patch is much less interesting than the first round of indent
changes, but also bulkier, so I thought it best to separate the effects.

72d422a522 Map basebackup tablespaces using a tablespace_map file
Windows can't reliably restore symbolic links from a tar format, so
instead during backup start we create a tablespace_map file, which is
used by the restoring postgres to create the correct links in pg_tblspc.
The backup protocol also now has an option to request this file to be
included in the backup stream, and this is used by pg_basebackup when
operating in tar mode.

This is done on all platforms, not just Windows.

This means that pg_basebackup will not not work in tar mode against 9.4
and older servers, as this protocol option isn't implemented there.

ef5856fd9b Allow BASE_BACKUP to be throttled
A new MAX_RATE option allows imposing a limit to the network transfer
rate from the server side. This is useful to limit the stress that
taking a base backup has on the server.

pg_basebackup is now able to specify a value to the server, too.

05e8396892 Clean up ill-advised attempt to invent a private set of Node tags.
Somebody thought it'd be cute to invent a set of Node tag numbers that were
defined independently of, and indeed conflicting with, the main tag-number
list. While this accidentally failed to fail so far, it would certainly
lead to trouble as soon as anyone wanted to, say, apply copyObject to these
node types. Clang was already complaining about the use of makeNode on
these tags, and I think quite rightly so. Fix by pushing these node
definitions into the mainstream, including putting replnodes.h where it
belongs.

048d148fe6 Add pg_basebackup tool for streaming base backups
This tool makes it possible to do the pg_start_backup/
copy files/pg_stop_backup step in a single command.

There are still some steps to be done before this is a
complete backup solution, such as the ability to stream
the required WAL logs, but it's still usable, and
could do with some buildfarm coverage.

In passing, make the checkpoint request optionally
fast instead of hardcoding it.

fcd810c69a Use a lexer and grammar for parsing walsender commands
Makes it easier to parse mainly the BASE_BACKUP command
with it's options, and avoids having to manually deal
with quoted identifiers in the label (previously broken),
and makes it easier to add new commands and options in
the future.

In passing, refactor the case statement in the walsender
to put each command in it's own function.

0eb59c4591 Backend support for streaming base backups
Add BASE_BACKUP command to walsender, allowing it to stream a
base backup to the client (in tar format). The syntax is still
far from ideal, that will be fixed in the switch to use a proper
grammar for walsender.

No client included yet, will come as a separate commit.
