Replace createdb's obsolete --location switch with --tablespace.

Browse Source 
I kept the same abbreviated letter -D, in hopes of maintaining some
modicum of backwards compatibility (though it's doubtful whether anyone
is really using scripts that invoke createdb -D ...)
