Remove dead ports

Browse Source 
Remove the following ports:

- dgux
- nextstep
- sunos4
- svr4
- ultrix4
- univel

These are obsolete and not worth rescuing.  In most cases, there is
circumstantial evidence that they wouldn't work anymore anyway.
