Bug: backend crashes in btbeginscan()->btrescan()->_bt_orderkeys()

Browse Source 
when btree used in innerscan with run-time key which value
passed by pointer.

Fix: keys ordering stuff moved to _bt_first().

Pointed by Thomas Lockhart.
