Make min_wal_size/max_wal_size use MB internally
Previously they were defined using multiples of XLogSegSize. Remove GUC_UNIT_XSEGS. Introduce GUC_UNIT_MB Extracted from patch series on XLogSegSize infrastructure. Beena Emerson
