From 1fc010cc9695c72fedd45b85ed2d8dadcdc7734a Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Tom Lane Date: Mon, 9 Jan 2006 21:16:46 +0000 Subject: [PATCH] Fix pg_dump to add the required OPERATOR() decoration to schema-qualified operator names. This is needed when dumping operator definitions that have COMMUTATOR (or similar) links to operators in other schemas. Apparently Daniel Whitter is the first person ever to try this :-( --- src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c | 36 ++++++++++++++++++++++++------------ 1 file changed, 24 insertions(+), 12 deletions(-) diff --git a/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c b/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c index 41370192d41..1daff29b141 100644 --- a/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c +++ b/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c @@ -12,7 +12,7 @@ * by PostgreSQL * * IDENTIFICATION - * $Header: /cvsroot/pgsql/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c,v 1.355.2.6 2005/04/30 08:36:18 neilc Exp $ + * $Header: /cvsroot/pgsql/src/bin/pg_dump/pg_dump.c,v 1.355.2.7 2006/01/09 21:16:46 tgl Exp $ * *------------------------------------------------------------------------- */ @@ -4439,9 +4439,10 @@ convertRegProcReference(const char *proc) * * Returns what to print, or NULL to print nothing * - * In 7.3 the input is a REGOPERATOR display; we have to strip the - * argument-types part.
