Fix Bug#39939 DROP TABLE/DISCARD TABLESPACE takes long time in
buf_LRU_invalidate_tablespace()

Improve implementation of buf_LRU_invalidate_tablespace by attempting
hash index drop in batches instead of doing it one by one.
