Improved definition of mysys configuration for -nt builds.


VC++Files/mysql.sln:
  Use the name 'nt' instead of 'Release' for configuration.
VC++Files/mysys/mysys.vcproj:
  Use the name 'nt' instead of 'Release' for configuration.
  Use separate output files for NT and non-NT configurations.
