unknown 53ff8fd939 Changed a fatal error to a warning in case the default mysqld ...

binary for mysqld_multi was not found. This is because it is
possible to define one under each mysqldN group separately.
Bailing out if mysqld binary is not found at all.

Added option --silent to turn off warnings.
