Test case fixes. mysql-test/r/binlog_multi_engine.result: Result change. mysql-test/r/rpl_ndb_stm_innodb.result: Result change. mysql-test/t/binlog_multi_engine.test: NDB tests only work in MIXED or ROW mode.
