Vladislav Vaintroub da17bc6356 MDEV-11111: remove the embedded server library (libmysqld)
The embedded server is now a private mariadbd process, started by
libmariadbd (libmariadbd/), so the separate build of the server sources
with EMBEDDED_LIBRARY is not needed any more.

Removed:
* libmysqld/ (the server compiled as a library, with its examples:
  mariadb-embedded, mariadb-test-embedded, mariadb-client-test-embedded),
unittest/embedded, include/mysql_embed.h, the manual pages of the
  embedded programs, main.mysql_embedded.
* WITH_EMBEDDED_SERVER and the *_embedded copies of plugins in
cmake/plugin.cmake, NOT_EMBEDDED, the embedded symlinks, the release
configurations that turned it on, MRN_BUILD_FOR_EMBEDDED_SERVER.
* mtr: the --embedded-launcher option (--embedded-server is now what it
was) and the lookup of the embedded binaries.

Kept, because something else uses it:
* libmysql.c and the client library flavour of client_settings.h are
compiled by mariabackup: now in extra/mariabackup/.
* embedded_priv.h, trimmed to the two structs that Protocol_local
(sql_prepare.cc, behind the SQL service) uses: now sql/embedded_priv.h.
* RECOMPILE_FOR_EMBEDDED in MYSQL_ADD_PLUGIN. It no longer recompiles
anything, but still makes a module link with the server where the
platform needs it. Documented as historical.

libmariadbd is installed with the SONAME of the client library (as the
old one was), with a libmysqld.so symlink; the Debian install lists and
mysql_config --libmysqld-libs follow. The packaging is not tested.
