Alexander Barkov 1632ce83e6 MDEV-41527 MEDIUMTEXT gets truncated to TINYTEXT in assoc array RECORD field
Type_handler_assoc_array::sp_variable_declarations_finalize() prepared
the member definitions of the RECORD (sp_type_def_record::field) in
place. These definitions are shared by all variables of the RECORD type
and by all associative arrays of it, so they were prepared more than
once, e.g. after declaring an associative array and then a RECORD
variable. Preparing a definition twice is wrong: a MEDIUMTEXT member
became TINYTEXT, so the values were truncated to 255 characters, and a
SET member crashed the server with an assertion failure in
store_lowendian(). The check based on FIELDFLAG_MAYBE_NULL, which tried
to prevent the second preparation, did not work.

Prepare a copy of the definitions (Row_definition_list::deep_copy()),
like Type_handler_row::sp_variable_declarations_finalize() does for a
variable of the RECORD type.
