Khaled Riyad 5a625401c5 MDEV-39399 ASAN heap-use-after-free in sql/protocol.h, SIGSEGV in Protocol::valid_handler 
sp_get_flags_for_command() did not set MULTI_RESULTS for SHOW PROFILE,
SHOW PROFILES, SHOW TRIGGERS, SHOW PLUGINS and XA RECOVER, so they
were allowed in triggers and stored functions. These commands were
never added to the list when they were introduced. The nested
statement sent result set metadata on the connection's Protocol,
which left field_handlers pointing into the stored program's memory
root. That memory was freed before the outer statement sent its row.

Add these commands to the MULTI_RESULTS list, so they are rejected
with ER_SP_NO_RETSET like the other statements that return a result
set.
