d892e68269 Bug#31177: Server variables can't be set to their current values 
extra 5.1 fixes


mysql-test/t/order_fill_sortbuf-master.opt:
  If we set the variable below minimum, we'll get a warning
  at start-up that we don't want in the tests.

cef1d75249 Updated manual about embedded version. 
Speed up column-completion in 'mysql'
Don't use ISAM if HAVE_ISAM is not defined
A lot of fixes for the embedded version.  All libraries are now included in libmysqld.a
Changed arguments to convert_dirname() to make it more general.
Renamed files in the 'merge' directory to all use a common prefix.
Don't compile both assembler and C functions on x86

a697e30a3a added test case for the bug in ORDER BY when we fill up sort buffer 
Note that if you change sort buffer to be bigger, the bug will not show
