This is an implementation of two WL items:

The following new statements have been added:

- DROP INSTANCE;
The behaviour of the following statements have been changed:
- SET;
- UNSET;
- FLUSH INSTANCES;
- SHOW INSTANCES;
- SHOW INSTANCE OPTIONS;
