b34d7fba31 Debian bug#837369 - test failures on hppa
ENOTEMPTY is 247 on hppa, not 39 like on Linux, according to this report:

  https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=837369

So add another replacement for this to rpl.rpl_drop_db and
binlog.binlog_databasae tests (there were already a couple similar
replacements for other platforms).

c2ec897745 Fixed buildbot failures on Solaris 64 bit
rpl/rpl_mdev382 ; Wrong replace in show_binlog_events2.inc
binlog/database ; Different error on Solaris if file exists
mroonga/repair_table_no_index_file ; Different system error on Solaris
partition_not_blackhole ; Different error on Solaris
partition_myisam ; Different error on Solaris

Some other failures in mroonga was because have_32bit.inc didn't correctly
detect 64 bits on Solaris. Fixed using DEFAULT_MACHINE instead of MACHINE_TYPE
for Sys_version_compile_machine.

5da083ef67 Bug#20041860: SLAVE ERROR WHEN DROP DATABASE
Fix:
===
Backport Bug#11756194 to mysql-5.5. slave breaks if
'drop database' fails on master and mismatched tables on
slave.

'DROP TABLE <deleted tables>' was binlogged when
'DROP DATABASE' failed and at least one table was deleted
from the database. The log event would lead slave SQL thread
stop if some of the tables did not exist on slave.

After this patch, It is always binlogged with 'IF EXISTS'
option.

14df359b39 Bug #11765416 (former 58381)
FAILED DROP DATABASE CAN BREAK STATEMENT BASED REPLICATION

The first phase of DROP DATABASE is to delete the tables in the database.
If deletion of one or more of the tables fail (e.g. due to a FOREIGN KEY
constraint), DROP DATABASE will be aborted. However, some tables could
still have been deleted. The problem was that nothing would be written
to the binary log in this case, so any slaves would not delete these tables.
Therefore the master and the slaves would get out of sync.

This patch fixes the problem by making sure that DROP TABLE is written
to the binary log for the tables that were in fact deleted by the failed
DROP DATABASE statement.

Test case added to binlog.binlog_database.test.

4e550c9d89 Bug#41888: Test binlog.binlog_database causing binlog_innodb to fail on Pushbuild.
Added cleanup of status variables to the end of binlog_database.
Re-recorded .result file to account for cleanup statement.
NOTE: binlog.binlog_innodb also has had an FLUSH STATUS; statement added to it as well, but
adding this cleanup as a preventative measure.

6461089817 Bug #38773: DROP DATABASE cause switch to stmt-mode when there are temporary
tables open

When executing a DROP DATABASE statement in ROW mode and having temporary
tables open at the same time, the existance of temporary tables prevent
the server from switching back to row mode after temporarily switching to
statement mode to handle the logging of the statement.

Fixed the problem by removing the code to switch to statement mode and added
code to temporarily disable the binary log while dropping the objects in the
database.

e0ae105055 Bug#32435:
DROP DATABASE statement writes changes to mysql.proc table under RBR

When replicating a DROP DATABASE statement with a database holding
stored procedures, the changes to the mysql.proc table was recorded
in the binary log under row-based replication.

With this patch, the thread uses statement-logging format for the
duration of the DROP DATABASE statement. The logging format is
(already) reset at the end of the statement, so no additional code
for resetting the logging format is necessary.
