This commit fixes sporadic failures in galera_3nodes_sr.GCF-336
test. The following changes have been made here:
1) A small addition to the test itself which should make
it more deterministic by waiting for non-primary state
before COMMIT;
2) More careful handling of the wsrep_ready variable in
the server code (it should always be protected with mutex).
No additional tests are required.
Problem was that if wsrep_notify_cmd was set it was called
with a new status "joined" it tries to connect to the server
to update some table, but the server isn't initialized yet,
it's not listening for connections. So the server waits for the
script to finish, script waits for mariadb client to connect,
and the client cannot connect, because the server isn't listening.
Fix is to call script only when Galera has already formed a
view or when it is synched or donor.
This fix also enables following test cases:
* galera.MW-284
* galera.galera_binlog_checksum
* galera_var_notify_ssl_ipv6

- Added sql/mariadb.h file that should be included first by files in sql
directory, if sql_plugin.h is not used (sql_plugin.h adds SHOW variables
that must be done before my_global.h is included)
- Removed a lot of include my_global.h from include files
- Removed include's of some files that my_global.h automatically includes
- Removed duplicated include's of my_sys.h
- Replaced include my_config.h with my_global.h
1. Passes wsrep_sst_auth_value to SST scripts via WSREP_SST_OPT_AUTH envronmental variable, so it never appears on the command line
2. In mysqldump and xtrabackup* SST scripts which rely on MySQL authentication, instead of passing password on the command line, SST script sets MYSQL_PWD environment variable, so that password also never appears on the mysqldump/innobackupex command line.
