37c88445e3 mtr: use env for perl 
On FreeBSD, perl isn't in /usr/bin, its in /usr/local/bin or
elsewhere in the path.

Like storage/{maria/unittest/,}ma_test_* , we use /usr/bin/env to
find perl and run it.

5cc2096f93 Switch Perl DBI scripts from DBD::mysql to DBD::MariaDB driver 
Perl DBD::MariaDB driver is available CPAN and is already used in
production environment.

2c7d6f12ee Added HandlerSocket plugin 
- Fixed compiler errors
- Modified Makefiles to be part of plugin directory
- Some minor changes in database.cpp to use the new MariaDB handler interface
