- InnoDB fails to shrink the system tablespace when it contains
the leaked undo log pages caused by MDEV-30671.
- InnoDB does free the unused segment in system tablespace
before shrinking the tablespace. InnoDB fails to free
the unused segment if XA PREPARE transaction exist or
if the previous shutdown was not with innodb_fast_shutdown=0
inode_info: Structure to store the inode page and offsets.
fil_space_t::garbage_collect(): Frees the system tablespace
unused segment
fsp_get_sys_used_segment(): Iterates through all default
file segment and index segment present in system tablespace.
trx_sys_t::is_xa_exist(): Returns true if the XA transaction
exist in the undo logs
fseg_inode_free(): Frees the extents, fragment pages for the
given index node and ignores any error similar to
trx_purge_free_segment()
trx_sys_t::reset_page(): Retain the TRX_SYS_FSEG_HEADER value
in trx_sys page while resetting the page.
log_phys_t::apply(): When parsing an INSERT_HEAP_DYNAMIC record,
allow ll==rlen to hold for the last part. A secondary index record
may inherit all preceding bytes from the infimum pseudo-record.
For INSERT_HEAP_REDUNDANT, some header bytes will always be present
because the header will never be copied from the page infimum.
We will tolerate ll==rlen also in that case to be consistent with
the parsing of INSERT_HEAP_DYNAMIC.
We were missing a test that would exercise trx_free_prepared()
with innodb_fast_shutdown=0. Add a test.
Note: if shutdown hangs due to the XA PREPARE transactions,
in MariaDB 10.2 the test would unfortunately pass, but take
2*60 seconds longer, because of two shutdown_server statements
timing out after 60 seconds. Starting with MariaDB 10.3, the
hung server would be killed with SIGABRT, and the test could
fail thanks to a backtrace message.
- Note that some issues was also fixed in 10.2 and 10.4. I also fixed them
here to be able to continue with making 10.5 valgrind safe again
- Disable connection threads warnings when doing shutdown
The test innodb.recovery_shutdown would occasionally fail,
because recovered incomplete transactions would be conflicting
with DROP TABLE, causing the background drop table queue to be invoked.
Add a slow shutdown before dropping the tables, so that the
recovered transactions will be rolled back. Starting with MDEV-14705,
normal shutdown would abort the rollback of recovered transactions.

row_undo_step(), trx_rollback_active(): Abort the rollback of a
recovered ordinary transaction if fast shutdown has been initiated.
trx_rollback_resurrected(): Convert an aborted-rollback transaction
into a fake XA PREPARE transaction, so that fast shutdown can proceed.
trx_rollback_resurrected(): If shutdown was initiated, fake all
remaining active transactions to XA PREPARE state, so that shutdown
can proceed. Also, make the parameter "all" an output that will be
assigned to FALSE in this case.
trx_rollback_or_clean_recovered(): Remove the shutdown check
(it was moved to trx_rollback_resurrected()).
trx_undo_free_prepared(): Relax assertions.
