Fixed by checking handler_stats if it's active instead of
thd->variables.log_slow_verbosity & LOG_SLOW_VERBOSITY_ENGINE.

Fix for v.10.5
The loose regex for the MDEV-34539 test ended up
matching the opensuse in the path in buildbot.
Adjust to more complete regex including space,
backtick and \n, which becomes much less common
as a path name.

The MDEV-29693 conflict resolution is from Monty, as well as is
a bug fix where ANALYZE TABLE wrongly built histograms for
single-column PRIMARY KEY.
Also includes a fix for safe_malloc error reporting.
Other things:
- Copied main.log_slow from 10.4 to avoid mtr issue
Disabled test:
- spider/bugfix.mdev_27239 because we started to get
+Error 1429 Unable to connect to foreign data source: localhost
-Error 1158 Got an error reading communication packets
- main.delayed
- Bug#54332 Deadlock with two connections doing LOCK TABLE+INSERT DELAYED
This part is disabled for now as it fails randomly with different
warnings/errors (no corruption).
This patch adds for "--ps-protocol" second execution
of queries "SELECT".
Also in this patch it is added ability to disable/enable
(--disable_ps2_protocol/--enable_ps2_protocol) second
execution for "--ps-prototocol" in testcases.
Consistent with MDEV-4206 and empty log_slow_filter still means
no explict filtering. Since 21518ab2e4 however the
log_queries_not_using_indexes became stored in the same variable.
As we need to test for the absense of log_queries_not_using_indexes
the SERVER_QUERY_NO_INDEX USED part of log_slow_statement, the empty
criteria resulted in an always true to log queries not using indexes if
log_slow_filter was set to empty.
Adjusted the log_slow.test for MDEV-4206 as slow_log_query has been
global and session for a while and it was relying on the MDEV-21187
buggy behavior to detect a slow query.

Thus, all these variables will be
grouped together and more logically named.
Descriptions for the old variables were updated to indicate they are
now aliases for the newly introduced variables with prefix log_slow.
log_slow_queries_not_using_indexes_filter will not be addressed
in this merge request.
log_throttle_queries_not_using_indexes seems to no longer be in use.
MTR tests are also updated to include the new variable names.
