Cleanup unnecessary whitespace at the end of lines and end of files
in the unittest/ directory. Note that all code changes are
non-functional.
All new code of the whole pull request, including one or several files
that are either new files or modified ones, are contributed under the
BSD-new license. I am contributing on behalf of my employer Amazon Web

- Add new submodule for WolfSSL
- Build and use wolfssl and wolfcrypt instead of yassl/taocrypt
- Use HAVE_WOLFSSL instead of HAVE_YASSL
- Increase MY_AES_CTX_SIZE, to avoid compile time asserts in my_crypt.cc
(sizeof(EVP_CIPHER_CTX) is larger on WolfSSL)
In fact it was error in decimal library (incorrect processing of buffer overflow) invisible from other server parts because of buffer allocation and precision tests.
