4c16ec3e77 MDEV-32050 fixup: Stabilize tests
In any test that uses wait_all_purged.inc, ensure that InnoDB tables
will be created without persistent statistics.

This is a follow-up to commit cd04673a17
after a similar failure was observed in the innodb_zip.blob test.

4b80c11f52 MDEV-15250 UPSERT during ALTER TABLE results in 'Duplicate entry' error for alter
- InnoDB DDL results in `Duplicate entry' if concurrent DML throws
duplicate key error. The following scenario explains the problem

connection con1:
  ALTER TABLE t1 FORCE;

connection con2:
  INSERT INTO t1(pk, uk) VALUES (2, 2), (3, 2);

In connection con2, InnoDB throws the 'DUPLICATE KEY' error because
of unique index. Alter operation will throw the error when applying
the concurrent DML log.

- Inserting the duplicate key for unique index logs the insert
operation for online ALTER TABLE. When insertion fails,
transaction does rollback and it leads to logging of
delete operation for online ALTER TABLE.
While applying the insert log entries, alter operation
encounters 'DUPLICATE KEY' error.

- To avoid the above fake duplicate scenario, InnoDB should
not write any log for online ALTER TABLE before DML transaction
commit.

- User thread which does DML can apply the online log if
InnoDB ran out of online log and index is marked as completed.
Set online log error if apply phase encountered any error.
It can also clear all other indexes log, marks the newly
added indexes as corrupted.

- Removed the old online code which was a part of DML operations

commit_inplace_alter_table() : Does apply the online log
for the last batch of secondary index log and does frees
the log for the completed index.

trx_t::apply_online_log: Set to true while writing the undo
log if the modified table has active DDL

trx_t::apply_log(): Apply the DML changes to online DDL tables

dict_table_t::is_active_ddl(): Returns true if the table
has an active DDL

dict_index_t::online_log_make_dummy(): Assign dummy value
for clustered index online log to indicate the secondary
indexes are being rebuild.

dict_index_t::online_log_is_dummy(): Check whether the online
log has dummy value

ha_innobase_inplace_ctx::log_failure(): Handle the apply log
failure for online DDL transaction

row_log_mark_other_online_index_abort(): Clear out all other
online index log after encountering the error during
row_log_apply()

row_log_get_error(): Get the error happened during row_log_apply()

row_log_online_op(): Does apply the online log if index is
completed and ran out of memory. Returns false if apply log fails

UndorecApplier: Introduced a class to maintain the undo log
record, latched undo buffer page, parse the undo log record,
maintain the undo record type, info bits and update vector

UndorecApplier::get_old_rec(): Get the correct version of the
clustered index record that was modified by the current undo
log record

UndorecApplier::clear_undo_rec(): Clear the undo log related
information after applying the undo log record

UndorecApplier::log_update(): Handle the update, delete undo
log and apply it on online indexes

UndorecApplier::log_insert(): Handle the insert undo log
and apply it on online indexes

UndorecApplier::is_same(): Check whether the given roll pointer
is generated by the current undo log record information

trx_t::rollback_low(): Set apply_online_log for the transaction
after partially rollbacked transaction has any active DDL

prepare_inplace_alter_table_dict(): After allocating the online
log, InnoDB does create fulltext common tables. Fulltext index
doesn't allow the index to be online. So removed the dead
code of online log removal

Thanks to Marko Mäkelä for providing the initial prototype and
Matthias Leich for testing the issue patiently.

8dc70c862b MDEV-16376 ASAN: heap-use-after-free in gcol.innodb_virtual_debug
After a failed ADD INDEX, dict_index_remove_from_cache_low()
could iterate the index fields and dereference a freed virtual
column object when trying to remove the index from the v_indexes
of the virtual column.

This regression was caused by a merge of
MDEV-16119 InnoDB lock->index refers to a freed object.

ha_innobase_inplace_ctx::clear_added_indexes(): Detach the
indexes of uncommitted indexes from virtual columns, so that
the iteration in dict_index_remove_from_cache_low() can be avoided.

ha_innobase::prepare_inplace_alter_table(): Ignore uncommitted
corrupted indexes when rejecting ALTER TABLE. (This minor bug was
revealed by the extension of the test case.)

dict_index_t::detach_columns(): Detach an index from virtual columns.
Invoked by both dict_index_remove_from_cache_low() and
ha_innobase_inplace_ctx::clear_added_indexes().

dict_col_t::detach(const dict_index_t& index): Detach an index from
a column.

dict_col_t::is_virtual(): Replaces dict_col_is_virtual().

dict_index_t::has_virtual(): Replaces dict_index_has_virtual().

5d142f9958 MDEV-13795/MDEV-14332 Corruption during online table-rebuilding ALTER when VIRTUAL columns exist
When MySQL 5.7 introduced indexed virtual columns, it introduced
several bugs into the online table-rebuilding ALTER, that is,
the row_log_table_apply() family of functions.

The online_log format that was introduced for online table-rebuilding
ALTER in MySQL 5.6 should be sufficient. Ideally, any indexed virtual
column values would be evaluated based on the log records in the temporary
file. There is no need to log virtual column values.

(For ADD INDEX, that is row_log_apply(), we always must log the values of
the keys, no matter if the columns are virtual.)

Because omitting the virtual column values removes any chance of
row_log_table_apply() working with indexed virtual columns, we
will for now refuse LOCK=NONE in table-rebuilding ALTER operations
when indexes on virtual columns exist. This restriction would be
lifted in MDEV-14341.

innobase_indexed_virtual_exist(): New predicate, to determine if
indexed virtual columns exist in a table definition.

ha_innobase::check_if_supported_inplace_alter(): Refuse online rebuild
if indexed virtual columns exist.

rec_get_converted_size_temp_v(), rec_convert_dtuple_to_temp_v(): Remove.

row_log_table_delete(), row_log_table_update(, row_log_table_insert():
Remove parameters for virtual columns.

trx_undo_read_v_rows(): Remove the col_map parameter.

row_log_table_apply(): Do not deal with virtual columns.

6f5f720848 Bug#22018745 CORRUPTION IN ONLINE TABLE REBUILD (ROW_FORMAT=REDUNDANT, INDEXED VIRTUAL COLUMN)
Apparently, WL#8149 QA did not cover the code changes made to
online table rebuild (which was introduced in MySQL 5.6.8 by WL#6255)
for ROW_FORMAT=REDUNDANT tables.

row_log_table_low_redundant(): Log the new values of indexed virtual
columns (ventry) only once.

row_log_table_low(): Assert that if o_ventry is specified, the
logged operation must not be ROW_T_INSERT, and ventry must be specified
as well.

row_log_table_low(): When computing the size of old_pk, pass v_entry=NULL to
rec_get_converted_size_temp(), to be consistent with the subsequent call
to rec_convert_dtuple_to_temp() for logging old_pk. Assert that
old_pk never contains information on virtual columns, thus proving that this
change is a no-op.

1cae1af6f9 MDEV-5800 InnoDB support for indexed vcols
* remove old 5.2+ InnoDB support for virtual columns
  * enable corresponding parts of the innodb-5.7 sources
  * copy corresponding test cases from 5.7
  * copy detailed Alter_inplace_info::HA_ALTER_FLAGS flags from 5.7
     - and more detailed detection of changes in fill_alter_inplace_info()
  * more "innodb compatibility hooks" in sql_class.cc to
     - create/destroy/reset a THD (used by background purge threads)
     - find a prelocked table by name
     - open a table (from a background purge thread)

  * different from 5.7:
    - new service thread "thd_destructor_proxy" to make sure all THDs are
      destroyed at the correct point in time during the server shutdown
    - proper opening/closing of tables for vcol evaluations in
       + FK checks (use already opened prelocked tables)
       + purge threads (open the table, MDLock it, add it to tdc, close
         when not needed)
    - cache open tables in vc_templ
    - avoid unnecessary allocations, reuse table->record[0] and table->s->default_values
    - not needed in 5.7, because it overcalculates:
      + tell the server to calculate vcols for an on-going inline ADD INDEX
      + calculate vcols for correct error messages

  * update other engines (mroonga/tokudb) accordingly
