dc719597ee MDEV-18156 Assertion 0' failed or btr_validate_index(index, 0, false)' in row_upd_sec_index_entry or error code 126: Index is corrupted upon DELETE with PAD_CHAR_TO_FULL_LENGTH
This change takes into account a column's GENERATED ALWAYS AS
expression dependcy on sql_mode's PAD_CHAR_TO_FULL_LENGTH and
NO_UNSIGNED_SUBTRACTION flags.

Indexed virtual columns as well as persistent generated columns are
now not allowed to have such dependencies to avoid inconsistent data
or index files on sql_mode changes.
So an error is now returned in cases like this:

  CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE t1
  (
    a CHAR(5),
    v VARCHAR(5) AS (a) PERSISTENT -- CHAR->VARCHAR or CHAR->TEXT = ERROR
  );

Functions RPAD() and RTRIM() can now remove dependency on
PAD_CHAR_TO_FULL_LENGTH. So this can be used instead:

  CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE t1
  (
    a CHAR(5),
    v VARCHAR(5) AS (RTRIM(a)) PERSISTENT
  );

Note, unlike CHAR->VARCHAR and CHAR->TEXT this still works,
not RPAD(a) is needed:

  CREATE OR REPLACE TABLE t1
  (
    a CHAR(5),
    v CHAR(5) AS (a) PERSISTENT -- CHAR->CHAR is OK
  );

More sql_mode flags may affect values of generated columns.
They will be addressed separately.

7fb9d64989 Changed FLUSH TABLES to not change share version
Part of MDEV-5336 Implement LOCK FOR BACKUP

Originally both table metadata lock and global read lock protection
were acquired before getting TABLE from table cache. This will be
reordered in a future commit with MDL_BACKUP_XXX locks so that we
first take table metadata lock, then get TABLE from table cache, then
acquire analogue of global read lock.

This patch both simplifies FLUSH TABLES code, makes FLUSH TABLES to
lock less and also enables FLUSH TABLES code to be used with backup
locks.

The usage of FLUSH TABLES changes slightly:
- FLUSH TABLES without any arguments will now only close not used tables
  and tables locked by the FLUSH TABLES connection.  All not used table
  shares will be closed.
  Tables locked by the FLUSH TABLES connection will be reopened and
  re-locked after all others has stoped using the table (as before).
  If there was no locked tables, then FLUSH TABLES is instant and will
  not cause any waits.
  FLUSH TABLES will not wait for any in use table.
- FLUSH TABLES with a table list, will ensure that the tables are closed
  before statement returns. The code is now only using MDL locks and not
  table share versions, which simplices the code greatly. One visible
  change is that the server will wait for the end of the transaction that
  are using the tables. Before FLUSH TABLES only waited for the statements
  to end.

4cd2a0eb56 MDEV-15243 Crash with virtual fields and row based binary logging
The cause of this was several different bugs:

- When using binary logging with binlog_row_image=FULL
  the all bits in read_set was set, which caused a
  different (wrong) pattern for marking vcol_set.
- TABLE::mark_virtual_columns_for_write() didn't in all
  cases mark vcol_set with the vcol_field.
- TABLE::update_virtual_fields() has to update all
  vcol fields on REPLACE if binary logging with FULL
  is used.
- VCOL_UPDATE_INDEXED should update all vcol fields part
  of an index that was not updated by VCOL_UPDATE_FOR_READ
- max_row_length() calculated length of NULL and not
  used fields. This didn't cause any crash, but used
  more memory than needed.

16b1cb6502 MDEV-13623 Assertion `!table || (!table->read_set || bitmap_is_set(table->read_set, field_index))' failed in virtual longlong Field_long::val_int
multi-update first runs a select to find affected rows, then performs
a separate update step. On the second step WITH CHECK OPTION rows
are read with rnd_read, but the first step might've been done with
keyread.

keyread over indexed virtual columns only reads the column's value, not
dependent base columns. This is reflected in the read_set too.  But on
the rnd_read step base columns must be read - thus we need to update the
read_set before doing updates.

f73bdb685d bugfix: UPDATE and virtual BLOBs
When updating a table with virtual BLOB columns, the following might happen:
- an old record is read from the table, it has no virtual blob values
- update_virtual_fields() is run, vcol blob gets its value into the
  record. But only a pointer to the value is in the table->record[0],
  the value is in Field_blob::value String (but it doesn't have to be!
  it can be in the record, if the column is just a copy of another
  columns: ... b VARCHAR, c BLOB AS (b) ...)
- store_record(table,record[1]), old record now is in record[1]
- fill_record() prepares new values in record[0], vcol blob is updated,
  new value replaces the old one in the Field_blob::value
- now both record[1] and record[0] have a pointer that points to the
  *new* vcol blob value. Or record[1] has a pointer to nowhere if
  Field_blob::value had to realloc.

To resolve this we unlink vcol blobs from the pointer to the
data (in the record[1]). Because the value is not *always* in
the Field_blob::value String, we need to remember what blobs
were unlinked. The orphan memory must be freed manually.

To complicate the matter, ha_update_row() is also used in
multi-update, in REPLACE, in INSERT ... ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE,
also on REPLACE ... SELECT, REPLACE DELAYED, and LOAD DATA REPLACE, etc

aebb1038aa bugfix: multi-UPDATE, vcols, const tables
multi-update was setting up read_set/vcol_set in
multi_update::initialize_tables() that is invoked after
the optimizer (JOIN::optimize_inner()). But some rows - if they're from
const tables - will be read already in the optimizer, and these rows
will not have all necessary column/vcol values.

* multi_update::initialize_tables() uses results from the optimizer
  and cannot be moved to be called earlier.
* multi_update::prepare() is called before the optimizer, but
  it cannot set up read_set/vcol_set, because the optimizer
  might reset them (see SELECT_LEX::update_used_tables()).

As a fix I've added a new method, select_result::prepare_to_read_rows(),
it's called from inside the optimizer just before make_join_statistics().

b38ff28ade bugfix: mark_columns_needed_for_update
cannot use TABLE:merge_keys for that, because Field::part_of_key
was designed to mark fields for KEY_READ, so a field is not a
"part of key", if only prefix of the field is.

8b6c0542db bugfix: stored column depends on virtual depends on updated
TABLE::mark_virtual_col() was polluting table->vcol_set
and that confused the following mark_virtual_col()
