MDEV-32188 make TIMESTAMP use whole 32-bit unsigned range
This was done by changing DTVAL to use longlong to internally store
the date/timestamp instead of an int.
I had to preserve the old binary representation used for dates in
TABLE_TYPE=BIN. One consequence is that TABLE_TYPE=BIN cannot support
the full date bit range.
fp->field_length was unsigned and therefore the negative
condition around it.
Backport of cc182aca93 fixes it, however to correct the
consistent use of types pcf->Length needs to be unsigned
too.
At one point pcf->Precision is assigned from pcf->Length so
that's also unsigned.
GetTypeSize is assigned to length and has a length argument.
A -1 default value seemed dangerious to case, so at least 0
should assert if every hit.

3) Take care of LEX_STRING variables. The .str should not be regarded as
allways being 0 terminated. This is handled by the Strz functions that
make sure to return 0 terminated strings.
Bug fix:
- When inserting in MYSQL table with special column(s) a query such as:
insert into t2 values(0,4,'new04'),(0,5,'new05');
failed saying: column id (the special column) not found in t2.
It is now accepted but must be counted in values (these 0 are ignored)
- ROWID was returning row numbers based 0. Now it is from base 1.
