d4b5f7a503 MDEV-32205 crash in get_schema_key_period_usage_record without InnoDB
Move table open result processing to the caller

* st_schema_table::process_table doesn't have to check whether the table
was opened successfully
* It also doesn't have to check for a thd error and convert it to a warning
* This simplifies adding new tables into information_schema
* A callback still can output some info to a user in case of error. In
order to do this, I_S_EXTENDED_ERROR_HANDLING should be specified in
i_s_requested_object.

4246c0fa01 MDEV-22597 Add views for periods in information_schema
Two new information_schema views are added:
* PERIOD table -- columns TABLE_CATALOG, TABLE_SCHEMA, TABLE_NAME,
  PERIOD_NAME, START_COLUMN_NAME, END_COLUMN_NAME.
* KEY_PERIOD_USAGE -- works similar to KEY_COLUMN_USAGE, but for periods.
  Columns CONSTRAINT_CATALOG, CONSTRAINT_SCHEMA, CONSTRAINT_NAME,
  TABLE_CATALOG, TABLE_SCHEMA, TABLE_NAME, PERIOD_NAME

Two new columns are added to the COLUMNS view:
 IS_SYSTEM_TIME_PERIOD_START, IS_SYSTEM_TIME_PERIOD_END - contain YES/NO.

b13fe8e51b MDEV-18842: Unfortunate error message when the same column is used for application period start and end
An application-time period must be composed of two different columns.
We added a check that ensures that the above condition is met.

259fb1cbed MDEV-16978 Application-time periods: WITHOUT OVERLAPS
* The overlaps check is implemented on a handler level per row command.
It creates a separate cursor (actually, another handler instance) and
caches it inside the original handler, when ha_update_row or
ha_insert_row is issued. Cursor closes on unlocking the handler.

* Containing the same key in index means unique constraint violation
even in usual terms. So we fetch left and right neighbours and check
that they have same key prefix, excluding from the key only the period part.
If it doesnt match, then there's no such neighbour, and the check passes.
Otherwise, we check if this neighbour intersects with the considered key.

* The check does not introduce new error and fails with ER_DUPP_KEY error.
This might break REPLACE workflow and should be fixed separately

7b216ceb90 Avoid DROP DATABASE test
DROP DATABASE would internally execute DROP TABLE on every contained
table and finally remove the directory. In InnoDB, DROP TABLE is
sometimes executed in the background. The table would be renamed to
a name that starts with #sql. The existence of these files would
prevent DROP DATABASE from succeeding.

CREATE OR REPLACE DATABASE can internally execute DROP DATABASE if
the directory already exists. This could fail due to the InnoDB
background DROP TABLE, possibly due to some tables that were
leftovers from earlier tests.
